'Ras Mo' Moses is
one of the most gifted teachers, performers, and cultural activists to
come out of the Caribbean. Born in Dominica, of African and Amerindian
ancestry, Ras Mo is a dynamic performance poet, master drummer,
recording artist, composer, and theater director. He is an experienced teacher
of Popular Theater and performing arts for youth and community development.
Ras Mo has developed many successful training programs, artistic productions,
and major community events addressing health, behavioral issues, cultural
diversity and violence prevention. He is skilled in retreat and workshop
